Educational Psychology

Educational psychology is a subsection of psychology that aims to describe and explain the psychological components of education, teaching and socialization processes. This includes the different forms and circumstances in which they occur. The findings of educational psychology are used to optimize educational action and in that address its goal oriented change processes. The scope and practical components of pedagogical psychology cover all social fields and institutions of education, upbringing and socialization systems of different societies and cultures.
